Job description Bilingual French/English Customer Service – Remote from The Dominican Republic Aptitude 360 is an Omni-Channel Support firm specializing in Contact Centre BPO (Customer Service & Technical Support). As a company, Aptitude 360 supports voice, email, chat, mail processing. About You • Excellent command of the French & English language (verbal and written) • Excellent communications skills; able to think and respond quickly • Clear and articulate speaker with the ability to have a meaningful conversation with customers • Computer savvy; can use multiple applications simultaneously (testing will be administered) • Ability to handle and overcome rejection • Committed, ambitious, & enthusiastic • Passionate about providing an excellent customer experience • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment • Flexible to work between Mon – Fri 9:00 am - 8:00 pm The Opportunity Bilingual French/English Customer Service Representative – Remote Work Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls • Use multiple web-based applications to navigate current offers and promotions • Review, verify and update customer information to determine eligibility • Answer existing and potential customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency • Actively promoting and selling products and services • Generate new leads through inbound calls • Setup new accounts over the phone • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations • Build customer confidence in the services offered by Apritude360 as a subject matter expert • Work as a team to achieve and exceed targets Requirements • Bilingual French and English • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience • University Diploma or higher • Stable High Speed Internet Connection • Laptop/Computer with a dedicated private workspace • USB Headset • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment • Able to prioritize workload while handling a volume of calls What we offer • Permanent independent contractor positions available • Professional and fun work environment • Opportunity for career advancement Aptitude360 is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
